Leather Stitching Workshop (Travels Edt.)
Leather Stitching Workshop (Travels Edt.)
In this 2.5-hour stitching workshop, you'll learn the saddle stitching technique, a fundamental skill in leather craft. You'll gain insight into different types of leather, their properties, and the essentials of cutting, construction, and finishing techniques.
The workshop serves as a prerequisite for the Leather Watch Strap Workshop. During the session, using Full Grained Vegetable Tanned Leather, participants will create their own handmade, personalized passport holder and a mini luggage tag—ideal accessories for travel. There will also be an opportunity for further customization and debossing towards the session's end for added personal touches.
This workshop is suitable for all skill levels, although it is recommended for those who have completed the Basic Leathercrafting workshop. Everything needed for the workshop, including tools, materials, and hardware, will be provided, and you'll be able to take your creations home with you.
